The short version
- Cancel any time — your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
- Charged by mistake or twice? Full refund.
- First payment didn't work out? Ask within 7 days for a full refund.
- Refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 working days.
This summary helps you find your way; the full text below is what applies.
01Free plan
The free plan is free. There is nothing to cancel or refund.
02Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected] from the phone number or email on your account (or from the dashboard, where your plan settings show it). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan. Your page, your QR codes and your data stay — printed QRs keep working.
03When you get a refund
- Charged by mistake or charged twice — we refund the wrong charge in full.
- Your first payment for a plan — if the paid features don't work for you, ask within 7 days of that first payment and we refund it in full. This applies once per business.
- We can't provide the service — if a paid feature is unavailable for a long period because of a problem on our side, we refund or credit the affected time.
- Renewals and part-used periods — not refunded otherwise, because you can cancel any time before the next renewal.
04How to ask and how long it takes
Write to [email protected] with your account's phone number or email and the payment date. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and normally arrive in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment app.
05Delivery of the service
EkQR is an online service. Paid features are switched on in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped.
06Payments to businesses on {brand}
If you paid a shop, restaurant or other business through its EkQR page (for example by UPI), that money went directly to the business — EkQR never received it. Please ask the business about refunds or cancellations. If you think a page is a scam, report it.
